Furthermore, you understand and agree that while CG may take reasonable steps to protect your information against theft, unauthorize access, hack, loss, destruction and or alteration, CG can not and will not warrant or guarantee your information will be protected and so you are sharing your information at your own risk, including the storing and processing of your information in the United States.
